If your query relates to any of the following, then please contact your Barclaycard Payments account manager:

* Live service issues
* Questions about your account, pricing, or onboarding
* New feature or API change requests.


## Our Support Process



Refer to the table below for escalation paths and indicative Service Level Agreements (SLAs):


| Level | Scope | Indicative response time |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | General queries, how-to questions | 24-48 hours |
| Level 2 | Technical/integration issues | 12-24 hours |
| Level 3 | Platform incidents, critical production issues | 1-2 hours |
